Temple Pictures
As I mentioned in an earlier post. When we were in Utah we were able to go to the Open House for the new Oquirrh Mountain Temple in South Jordan. It's not likely to be something we'll experience often, in fact I'm not sure if we'll ever get to do this again, although we hope we will, so for that reason it was really great to get to go and to show the kids inside a temple. Now being the big thinker that I am I knew we weren't allowed to take pictures inside the temple so I left the camera behind. D'OH! I didn't even think about taking pictures afterwards. Thank goodness Julie (who joined us along with Grandpa & Grandma Radeke & Aunt Lorriane & Uncle Mike) brought hers - she just emailed them to me - so now I can share them!

These won't go down in history as our best family pictures ever but Dan & I agree this picture speaks 1,000 words (easy) - on who each of us is. Notice - Abbie's mischievous glance at Nate, Nate's cheesey do I have to really do this grin, Dan's oh good grief smile, Kassie employing her best self defense mechanism (a screech & a hair pull), & me - just trying to smile through the chaos. Love us or leave us - it's just who we are.
